Unless otherwise stated, all users may be entitled to a refund commitment, with the following exceptions:
1. User has violated the Terms of Service
2. Request a refund within one day (reasonable to refund the account balance)
3. Repeat the purchase of the product multiple times and apply for a refund (order purchase error, no refund after trial)
If the user has the above situation and still initiates a refund dispute to the payment gateway, we have the right to delete the account, blacklist, and pursue economic losses.
Service cycle
The user can submit the cancellation service application at the customer center at any time. Please refer to the end of the text for the refund after canceling the service.
Data guarantee
We are committed to protecting user data security and using RAID disk arrays as much as possible to enhance data reliability.
But RAID arrays are not backups. Please back up your important data regularly to avoid accidents.
Disclaimer
1. The service cannot be accessed (used) or lost due to user arrears, non-renewal or forgotten renewal

3. Inaccessibility or data loss due to user's website content or usage violations of the Terms of Service

Refund policy
We only refund refunds for dedicated servers such as VPS and NAT, including VPS, NATVPS and dedicated servers.
0. Products that have been stated not to be refunded will not be offered a refund
1. VPS and NAT products enjoy 1 day refund to account balance service (required refund reason, deducting handling fee and Alipay interface fee)
2. The dedicated server product can be refunded to the account proportionally for more than 1 day (reason for refund)
The calculation formula is: (unused duration/ordered time) * service plan price * 0.8, the transaction fee generated by the transaction interface is borne by the user
The following conditions do not qualify for a refund:
A. Run out of traffic (whether subjective or invaded)
B. All services provided due to DDOS caused by empty room routing
C. IP address is banned due to attacks, hacks, etc.
D. VPS and server are suspended or terminated due to breach of Terms of Service (ToS) and Fair Use Policy (AUP)
E. User repeat purchase and multiple refunds
F. Only one (one) refund service per account
